And through our connection to Wheelock College and other resources, we can provide even greater support for teachers who want to include drama in their school’s curriculum.

Meet Your Theatre! WFT Social Story

Social stories were originally developed for children on the autism spectrum, but we have found that they are helpful for preparing any child who is very young or has never been to the theatre before. Wheelock Family Theatre offers this generic social story, as well as a customized one for each of our productions. We hope you will find them helpful!

Our three children have enjoyed such wonderful experiences at Wheelock Family Theatre. Without it, they never would have been exposed to — and taken such joy in — live theater performances. Thank you!
