Wendye Clarendon

(She/Her/Hers) is soooo happy theatre is finding its way back into our lives! Wendye recently made her Boston stage management debut with Boston Playwrights’ Theatre’s new play Incels & Other Myths. While based in Chicago, she continues to work as an actor and stage manager where ever the need arises. Stage management credits: Eight seasons at 16th Street Theater; An Enemy of the People with Stuart Margolin; Nunsense (Greenbrier Valley Theatre); The Seagull (The Artistic Home); The Electric Baby (Rivendell Theatre); A Steady Rain (Chicago Commercial Collective, tour); The Four of Us (Theater Wit); Aiming for Sainthood (The Jay Pritzker Pavillion for Chicago Dramatists); Scientology Pageant (A Red Orchid Theatre); Shear Madness (The Chicago Theatre, National Tour). As an actor, Wendye was last seen as the wise-cracking goat, Weezy, in Alabaster at 16th Street Theater. In May, she can be seen on stage in Silent Sky at Greenbrier Valley Theatre in WV.
