Across Greater Boston, 1 in 5 residents are children ages 4–14, yet only about 6% of students statewide have regular access to theatre in school—making opportunities for arts engagement more essential than ever.
One of the greatest gifts we can give any child is the experience of a live theatrical performance. For many of our students, this was their first and maybe the only time they will attend a professional production. Without the generous help we received from your ticket subsidy program it would not be possible. The joy and excitement these students shared is worth all the extra work! We want to thank the Wheelock Theater Company for making this opportunity possible for our students.
