Our People

The People Behind Wheelock Family Theatre

Wheelock Family Theatre brings together artists, educators, administrators, technicians, students, and community leaders who share a belief in the power of theatre to connect us through our shared humanity and inspire a more creative, empathetic, and just society.

Together, our staff and Board of Advisors help create extraordinary theatre and educational experiences for children, families, schools, and communities across Greater Boston.

Our Staff

Creating Theatre.
Building Community.

Our year-round staff leads the artistic, educational, production, administrative, and audience-facing work of Wheelock Family Theatre. Working alongside hundreds of artists, teaching artists, technicians, students, and collaborators each year, they bring our mission to life onstage, in classrooms, and throughout our community.

Our Board of Advisors

Championing Our Mission

Wheelock Family Theatre’s Board of Advisors brings together leaders from across Greater Boston who believe deeply in our mission and champion our work throughout the community.

Through advocacy, philanthropy, partnership, and counsel, Board members help expand our reach, strengthen our programs, open doors for more children and families, and ensure that Wheelock Family Theatre continues to thrive for generations to come.

That preserves the strongest idea from your existing Board language while making it a little more concise and outward-facing. The current page describes the Board’s role around expanding reach, supporting students and artists, sustaining programming, and enhancing the facility.
