Caryn May
grew up in Virginia Beach, VA, and attended Christopher Newport University, where she earned a BA in theater. After performing professionally in the DC/Metropolitan area, Caryn moved to Boston and earned her Master’s Degree in Dramatic Arts from Harvard Extension School. Prior to the pandemic, she performed regularly with the Improbable Players and has since stayed active during the shutdown with virtual projects such as Apollinaire Theatre Company’s Chelsea People and Somerville’s Couch Fest, where she performed with her “two-man band!” When she’s not rehearsing or performing, Caryn teaches Zumba and lives for spending time with her wife and cat in (and out of) their new home in Maynard, MA.
