Lindsay Albert
Lindsay Albert (she/her) maintains a vibrant teaching and performance career as a collaborative pianist in the Boston area. A versatile artist, she has found her niche in vocal collaboration and coaching. Equally comfortable with art songs and operatic repertoire, Lindsay is in much demand as a recitalist and vocal coach. She works as a staff pianist at the Boston Conservatory, where she helps prepare voice degree students for recitals and operatic productions. She holds an adjunct faculty position at Boston College, where she directs Liederabend, a classical art song program. In addition to her classical work, Lindsay is passionate about the musical theatre repertoire. She co-directs the Boston College Musical Theatre Cabaret program and also serves as a staff member at the Harvard Extension school where she provides piano accompaniment and vocal coaching.
A dedicated teacher, Lindsay Albert coordinates the Piano Department events at the Brookline Music School. She has a thriving private studio and she enjoys working with students of all ages. During the summer months, Lindsay loves to spend time working with young performers on the stage. When she is not at the piano, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her own two little girls, who also love song and dance. She is thrilled to join Wheelock Family Theatre this summer!
